Personal Information
Courtney Bohnen
Stach, Vice President/Broker of County Line Properties, Hinsdale, was born and
raised in Hinsdale and currently resides with her husband and two boys in
Clarendon Hills. Courtney's specialty is the western suburbs: the
Burlington Northern trainline -La Grange to Downers Grove and all of the
villages in between. With 10 years of solid business, Courtney
understands the importance of listening to the client, customizing a game
plan and developing the best search strategy for her Buyers. For
Sellers, Courtney uses a combination of strategic marketing, price
strategy and a variety of market exposure techniques to get homes
sold!
As a devoted member
of our local community, Stach devotes her extra time to her children,
to charitable organizations such as: Hinsdale Junior Woman's Club with
current focus of Ronald MacDonald House. She also supports organizations
such as Clarendon Hills Infant Welfare, Wellness House and is a
charitable devotee of the Anti-Cruelty Society, Chicago.
As a local
and young professional, Courtney's time is spent being actively involved in
her children's lives, their schools and the community. Her passion for
real estate runs deep as she is second generation to Penny, her mom and
mentor. Not many can say, they work shoulder-to-shoulder,
happily with their family with the common
goal of doing good for others while helping the economy and selling
real estate locally. Incepted in 1993, County Line Properties and the
Bohnen family have built a company on the motto,
the CUSTOMER COMES FIRST and we pride
ourselves on honesty, integrity and working for what's best for our
clients.
